We get this question a lot.
But, yes, ALL products are 100% genuine and original brands.
We do not sell any fake or non genuine products on our website. That would be against the law and violate the Trade Mark owners rights.
We can give you branded cosmetics at such big discounts because we buy in large quantities from abroad also, from domestics reputation importer. and share the saving with you.
We also don’t have retail stores that we need to pay high rent fees and we have a few sales agents who do sales over the phone and internet, cutting most of the big costs that come with a retail business

A. Tk. 49/- Flat Rate or FREE Delivery for orders above BDT 1500/-
Orders leave within 1-3 days of order date.
Transit time expected to be 1-3 business days after you get your shipping confirmation email.

We use RedX, Steadfast, eCourier, Pathao Courier, Courier Service which provide the best shipping option for every customer to save time, money and trouble.
These are carriers that we use and rely on to help lower costs and get you started as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number by email. This will have your shipping carrier details and tracking number.
If you do not get a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/Junk email folder.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We have a 3/5 Business days turn around on orders. You can track your delivery with tracking details.
You can also reorder again with us anytime and get the same great service.
What if my order is broken or damaged in transit?
We try our best to make sure all shipments are packed well and safely to reach their destination in one piece, but sadly we can’t always control how products are treated on any trip.
If any goods were damaged or faulty when you got them, please don’t worry. We will give you a full refund, credit or replacement and send it to your address.
We need to know in writing within 7 days of getting the goods so we can do this for you.
