Payment Method: You pay for your order when it arrives to you.

Delivery Charges: Enjoy a flat rate of BDT 50/- for delivery, or enjoy FREE delivery on orders totaling BDT 1500/- or more.

Real-time order tracking: Once we send your order, it usually takes 1-3 days to get to you. You can track your order in real-time with the tracking information we provide via email or by contacting us directly by phone.

Want to cancel your order? Simply contact our Customer Service before it’s processed. If your order has already shipped, you can return it for a full refund. See our Return Policy for details, or visit our FAQ for answers to common questions.


You can return the product(s) to us by asking our Customer Service for assistance.
All products must come back to us in the same condition as you received them, with all tags, if any, still attached and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 7 days of receiving them. We will not take back any products if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.

We may reject any returns that are damaged or dirty and send them back to you.

After we get and check the returned product(s) and confirm the return by email to you, we will give you back the money you paid for the product(s) (except for any shipping charges, if any) as follows.

If you get a wrong product, or a product that is damaged or faulty, or if you just want to return your product for any reason, please sign in to your account via the My Account page and fill in the Return Form to start the return process. Our Customer Service will get in touch with you to help you with your return request within two (2) business days.

Products are damaged or faulty if they are broken or have a manufacturing defect within six (6) months of buying them. Products that are worn out because of normal use are not damaged or faulty. We will try to fix any faulty items if we can.

For any faulty items that are not covered by our Return Policy, please contact our Customer Service. If you receive an item that is not in good condition please let us know right away.

Please send all the items you want to return from one order in one package to make sure your return is handled as fast as possible.

Transfer payment of returned items

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, just contact our Customer Service for assistance. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and with the original invoice within 7 days of receiving them.
